The Nevada Irrigation District project diverted some of the water from the Lower Cascade Canal through a buried pipeline across the southern flank of Banner Mountain, supplying two water treatment plants and downstream irrigation water users.
ANDREGG performed surveys, mapping and Right of Way Engineering for transmission pipelines, water treatment plant sites along with storage and overflow areas. The project corridor for mapping and land net covered 8 miles and included 330 parcels. ANDREGG performed all research, surveying, mapping and Right of Way Engineering. In addition, ANDREGG prepared legal descriptions and exhibit plats for permanent right of way and easement acquisition over 62 parcels and for temporary construction easements on 50 parcels.
