Pacific Forest & Watershed Lands Stewardship Council Boundary Services

Mokelumne Wilderness Area and Watershed, Alpine County

ANDREGG GEOMATICS was commissioned by the Sr. Project Manger with the Pacific Forest & Watershed Lands Stewardship Council to perform a boundary retracement of Sections 12&13 located in Township 9 North, Range 18 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. The original surveys that established PLSS sectional boundaries were completed in 1877 by the General Land Office (GLO).

Upon completion of these preliminary efforts, ANDREGG was tasked with resolving the boundary evidence acquired and determining the position of and remonumenting the extents of the Stewardship donation parcels. Real Estate transfer document packages were prepared including legals descriptions and exhibit plats for the donation and retained parcels. Efforts included coordination with the US Forest Service-Tahoe National Forest and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - Sacramento Office to review records and field data collected.
