ANDREGG GEOMATICS perform field and office work for supplemental design level ground topographic surveys of Phase 1 & 2 areas, including setting and surveying semi permanent survey control suitable for future construction and design surveys along the proposed three (3) miles of new shared use path along State Route 28 from Ponderosa Ranch Road (Incline Village) to Sand Harbor and expanded parking areas near SR 28 & Lakeshore Blvd at the Flume Trail Trailhead and North Trailhead Areas A & B.
Phase 1 was defined as the first mile of trail including tunnel into North Demonstration and Tunnel Creek parking areas. Phase 2 was defined as the remaining two miles of trail and additional improvement areas. Design level topographic survey included the following; culverts with invert elevation, edge of pavement, back of walk, edge of traveled way, fencing, guard railing, trees 6" dbh or larger, grade breaks, top of slope, toe of slope, visible evidence of all utilities, visible USA markings, and other physical features that impact design.
A LandNet was prepared to determine the approximate right of way, boundary, parcel lines, and record easements within the mapping limits of the project as well as performed field and office work to stake centerline alignments within Phases 1 & 2.
