Shiloh Wind Project

Solano County, CA

Located in Solano County, CA, the 150MW Shiloh Wind Farm includes 100 windmills and 24.7 miles of roads.  EnXco, Inc. hired ANDREGG GEOMATICS to provide surveying and mapping services for the development of the Shiloh I Wind Project.

Services provided included aerial photography, airborne GPS and ground control, topographic mapping, digital orthophotography, ALTA/ASCM survey, and monumentation of exterior boundary, staking and Record of Survey.  ANDREGG was asked to fly and control the entire project area of 22,000 acres and map the Shiloh I project area of 6,800 acres at 2-ft contour intervals with a scale of 1 inch = 100 ft.

Later in the year, ANDREGG provided construction-staking services to M. A. Mortenson Co. for 24.7 miles of roadway and the 100 windmill placements.  ANDREGG also provided construction staking and project control services to Duran and Venables, Inc. for the Operations and Maintenance building pads, and drainage and grading areas.

ANDREGG also provided an As-Built survey for the electrical collection system, and 40 legal description and plats.
